I recommend that you begin with food. Why? Because you eat every day! Improving the quality and quantity of food sets the stage for everything else.
Changing your food awareness means keeping track of what you eat. Yikes! Fortunately there are several free on-line services that will help. My favorite is My Fitness Pal. In just a few short minutes you can establish an account and create goals. The main purpose of these sites is to help you improve your awareness and make better choices every day. You can also use these sights to establish a weight loss program and record your exercise routines. STARTING SLOWLY will help you establish healthier routines.
