Mind/Body Integration
What and how we think impacts our health and well being. Relaxation techniques, meditation techniques and slow movement exercises like Tai Chi and yoga can have a positive effect on the mind-body connection. Dr. Madosky teaches many of these techniques, which are frequently used to help combat everyday stress.
